Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and QuantriumFlow LLC (“QuantriumFlow”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing your use of https://www.quantriumflow.com(the “Site”) and any services we provide through it (collectively the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Creating multiple accounts, or using temporary or disposable email addresses, to obtain more than one free trial is prohibited. We may terminate accounts where we detect trial manipulation, and we record the IP address and browser characteristics of sign-up attempts to detect it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your account is for your own use and you agree not to share access to it with any third party. Notify us immediately at support@quantriumflow.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout and are processed by Stripe. A 7-day free trial is offered to new accounts at our discretion and provides full Options Universe access for the trial period.

No payment details are required to start the trial, and the trial does not convert to a paid plan on its own. At the end of the 7 days your trial access simply ends. Your account becomes paid only if you choose a plan and enter payment details yourself. Because we hold no payment method during the trial, there is nothing that could be charged automatically.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your member dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days’ notice; price changes do not affect the current paid period.

4. Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms are described on the Refund Policy page and form part of these Terms. We may improve the Refund Policy at any time; a change that reduces your refund rights will be notified by email at least 14 days before it takes effect and will not apply to charges already made.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute access to the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or republish data, daily levels, alerts, or derived content for redistribution to any third-party platform, public or private — including Discord servers, Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, and X/Twitter.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the source code, formulas, scoring methods, or proprietary parameters of the Service or of our TradingView Pine Script indicators.
• Use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, or interfere with other users.
• Bypass or disable rate limits, authentication, or security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to indicators, signal logic, scoring methods, UI, branding, and documentation, is owned by QuantriumFlow LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your own internal and personal trading research while your subscription is active.

The same licence covers our invite-only TradingView Pine Script indicators. Access to them is granted against your TradingView username and is tied to your subscription tier: it ends when your trial or paid subscription ends, or when your tier no longer includes the script in question. Redistributing, republishing, or reproducing that code, or the configurations behind it, is not permitted.

7. Data Disclaimer

The Service displays derived analytical content (structure labels, levels, signals) and does not redistribute raw market data. Any underlying market data is provided for analytical purposes only and may be delayed. You agree not to treat the Service’s outputs as a primary or canonical source of market data.

Gamma-exposure levels, and 0-DTE levels in particular, are mathematical snapshots rather than a live feed. They are computed from options data on a delay and can move sharply and unpredictably during the session. We do not warrant that they are error-free or synchronous with your broker, and they should not be relied on as though they were.

8. No Investment Advice

QuantriumFlow is an analytical-tools and educational-content provider. Nothing on the Site or in the Service constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security or derivative. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant or commodity trading advisor, and we do not assess the suitability of any instrument or strategy for you. The Service is an impersonal publication provided to all subscribers on the same basis.

Our outputs are generated by applying the same models to market data for every subscriber. Where they use directional words such as “long” or “short”, those describe a structural or mathematical condition, not a recommendation to you. The Service is impersonal and not tailored to any individual’s circumstances, objectives, or holdings, and is distributed to all subscribers on the same basis at the same time. 9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution) survive.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTRIUMFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF SIGNALS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law applicable to you. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect, and nothing here requires you to waive any mandatory consumer protection of your jurisdiction.

New Jersey residents. Some of the limitations above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act or other New Jersey law that cannot be waived by contract; to that extent, the limitations in this Section do not apply in New Jersey.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuantriumFlow LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

12.2 Talk to us first

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email support@quantriumflow.com with a description of the dispute and what you would like us to do, and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it with you. We will do the same before starting any proceeding against you.

12.3 Binding individual arbitration

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved under 12.2 will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at adr.org), seated in New Jersey; hearings may be held by video. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, with limited review by courts. We will pay all AAA filing, administration and arbitrator fees beyond the portion the Consumer Arbitration Rules allocate to you.

12.4 What you are giving up

By agreeing to arbitration, you and QuantriumFlow LLC are each waiving the right to a trial by jury and the right to bring or take part in a lawsuit in court, including a class action. Disputes will instead be decided by a neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could, but only to the individual party.

12.5 No class or representative actions

Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated or representative proceeding. If this paragraph is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) will proceed in court, not in arbitration.

12.6 Small claims and injunctions

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in the county where you live, and either party may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorised use of the Service in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.7 30-day opt-out

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@quantriumflow.com with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out”, your account email and a statement that you opt out, within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

12.8 Consumers outside the United States

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction whose law does not permit pre-dispute arbitration agreements with consumers, Sections 12.3–12.7 do not apply to you and you may bring claims in the courts of your home country.

13. General

Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, VAT or similar taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your billing address and added to each charge.

Third-party services. The Service links to or relies on TradingView, Discord, Stripe and other third-party services governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Community. Our Discord server is a community forum. Nothing posted there by us or by other members is investment advice. We may remove content or members at our discretion.

No advisory relationship. Your use of the Service does not create an adviser-client, broker-customer, fiduciary or other relationship of trust between you and QuantriumFlow LLC.

Promotions and referrals. Promotional codes and referral credits are subject to the terms shown when offered, may be withdrawn at any time, have no cash value and may be reversed if the referred subscription is refunded or found to be fraudulent. See our Referral Program Terms.

Electronic communications. You consent to receive notices, receipts and renewal reminders by email to the address on your account.

Assignment. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, sale or reorganisation. You may not assign them.

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including exchange or data-vendor outages.

Severability; waiver; entire agreement. If any provision is held unenforceable it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclaimer and the Refund Policy are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.

Notices. Legal notices to us must be sent to QuantriumFlow LLC, 24 Warner Ln, Monmouth Junction, New Jersey 08852, USA, with a copy to support@quantriumflow.com.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Each of our legal documents carries its own version, and a material change to any of them asks you to accept that document again before you continue using the Service— only the document that changed, not all of them. Until you accept, you are still bound by the version you previously agreed to, and you remain free to cancel instead. We record which version of each document you accepted and when.
