Frequently asked questions
What people ask before they subscribe, and our actual answers.
The product
Educational analytics, not investment advice. Every subscriber sees the same output; the decision is yours.
I'm new. Where should I start in the terminal?
Open Market Review to scan today’s tape across every tracked ticker. Then drop into Structure Levels for your ticker to see the modelled dealer-positioning map: Floor, Resistance, Dealer Walls, Hedge Zones. Trade Setups is where the framework labels structural conditions (U1–U6 and SE zones) with an A/B/C/D grade and a SPY-agreement badge. Every subscriber sees the same labels; what you do with them is your decision. Quantum Nodes is the “why” behind the grade (DP Index, Smart Flow and GDP Index). Everything else (IV environment, flow heatmaps, breadth gauges) is depth you grow into. Every panel has a ? in its header that opens that panel’s guide, and the Help Center in the top bar searches all 42 of them. New members also get a 1-on-1 onboarding walkthrough on Discord.
What exactly do I get when I subscribe?
Web access to the QuantriumFlow Options Terminal: 32 panels across a six-mode workflow (Scan, Analyze, Plan, Execute, Research, News). All 8 workspaces, Trade Setups, Quantum Nodes, and full Backtest are included on every paid tier. Tiers differ only by ticker coverage: Basic gives you 11 pinned tickers (SPY, QQQ, SPX, NDX + Magnificent 7). Pro adds 47 more live-lane tickers + browse of the S&P 500 and NDX 100 (~525 combined, 15-min-delayed). Options Universe adds full deep analytics on the entire 6,000+ optionable universe. Discord access is included on every paid tier.
Is QuantriumFlow a TradingView indicator, a Discord community, or a full platform?
All three, in one. The terminal is the full platform. Discord carries the same daily structure lines the terminal posts, plus community and onboarding. A separate TradingView indicator suite (three subscriber-only Core scripts plus six public utilities) gives traders the QuantriumFlow structure overlay on their existing TradingView charts. See the full catalog on our indicators page.
How do I get access to the subscriber-only TradingView scripts?
Access is tier-based. Universal (UMSE) and QuantriumFlow Stocks v1.0 are included with every active subscription: Basic, Pro, Options Universe, and the 7-day trial. ETF / Futures Pairs v1.0 is Pro, Options Universe, and Trial only (not Basic). Submit your TradingView username from the member dashboard. There’s a TradingView Pine invites card that saves your handle and queues you for the invite list. We process grants within one business day; you’ll get an email once the invites are sent (accept them in TradingView → bell icon → Invites). Access is removed automatically if your tier changes or subscription lapses. Note: Pine invites work on any ticker you apply them to on your own TradingView; the tier-based catalog value is what your in-terminal QuantriumFlow account sees. The other six indicators on our indicators page are public. Add them directly on TradingView, no invite needed.
What tickers are covered?
Coverage differs by tier and by data lane. Basic gives you 11 pinned tickers in-terminal: SPY, QQQ (ETFs); SPX, NDX (indices); AAPL, AMZN, GOOGL, META, MSFT, NVDA, TSLA (Magnificent 7). The Basic watchlist is fixed, with no adding or removing. Futures (ES/MES/NQ/MNQ) are delivered via the TradingView UMSE indicator on your own chart. Pro adds 47 more live-lane real-time tickers: 10 additional pinned (DIA, IWM, GLD, SLV, TLT, IEF, USO ETFs plus RUT, VIX, XSP indices) and 37 rotating dynamic names (hot single-names, momentum + thematic movers, sector ETFs, leveraged ETFs, crypto ETFs), plus browse of the S&P 500 + NDX 100 (~525 combined stocks, 15-minute delayed) and 0-DTE coverage on 57 same-day names. Pro can customise its watchlist within that set. Options Universe adds full deep snapshot analytics on the entire 6,000+ optionable universe (all ~5,953 snapshot-tail tickers, not just browse), plus custom watchlists and priority 0-DTE alerts.
What is Options Universe and who is it for?
Options Universe is our top tier ($400/mo) built for traders who work the tail of the optionable market, not just the majors. On Pro, you can browse the S&P 500 + NDX 100 with delayed analytics. On Options Universe, you get full deep snapshot analytics on the entire ~5,953-ticker snapshot-tail: structure levels, GEX profiles, and flow context on any optionable name (15-minute delayed). You also get custom watchlists across the whole 6,000+ universe and priority queue on 0-DTE alerts. If you’re a discretionary trader on SPY/QQQ + Mag 7, stay on Basic or Pro. If you’re screening single-names or building baskets across the tail, Options Universe is the tier that covers them.
Can I use it on mobile?
The marketing site is mobile-friendly. The trading terminal is optimised for desktop; that’s where the signal density actually lives. It is designed to run on a second monitor while they trade.
How is this different from other “institutional” options-flow tools?
Three things. First, breadth: we cover SPY, QQQ, SPX, futures, plus 58 live-lane tickers (prices near-live, options metrics 15-minute delayed) on Pro and the full 6,000+ optionable universe on Options Universe; many dealer-positioning tools focus narrowly on the index complex. Second, transparency: pricing is on the pricing page, published. Third, workflow: we don’t hand you five disconnected indicators; we give you six modes that run in order, and it’s the same 32 panels on every paid tier (tier differences are ticker coverage, not features).
Pricing & trial
Is the 7-day trial really free?
Yes. No credit card required. Full Options Universe access for 7 days: the entire 6,000+ optionable universe with deep analytics, all Pine scripts, priority 0-DTE alerts, custom watchlists. If you don’t convert, your access ends and we never charge you. If you do convert, you choose Basic, Pro, or Options Universe at sign-up. One trial per person. Sign-ups from disposable / temporary email services are not accepted, and repeated trial sign-ups from the same person or network may be flagged.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing automatically. To keep access you subscribe to Basic, Pro, or Options Universe before day 7 ends. If you don’t, the trial simply expires and you lose access. We never capture a card during the trial, so there’s nothing to auto-charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click from your member dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the current paid period. No retention calls, no friction.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. After 14 days, we don’t pro-rate refunds, but you keep access through the end of the period when you cancel. Full policy on the refund page.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes, about 17% (the equivalent of two months free). Yearly plans are billed once at sign-up and renew annually unless you cancel.
Data & signals
Are the alerts non-repainting?
Yes. Once a signal fires, it stays fired. We do not retroactively rewrite history to make backtests look better.
How fresh is the data?
Prices update near-real-time. Options metrics run on a 15-minute delay during market hours. Open interest updates once a day, carried from the prior session’s closing positions. Structure levels work differently: they compute live through the open, then freeze at 9:40 AM ET and hold for the rest of the session unless price breaks the structure outright. Every delay is labelled in the terminal UI, so you always know what you’re looking at.
Why do the structure levels stop updating at 9:40?
Because a level you can plan around has to stop moving. Structure computes live through the opening drive, then anchors at 9:40 AM ET and holds. Copy Today’s Levels posts each stage as it becomes available: a premarket plan around 9:10 ET, a re-paste around 9:32 once the opening range settles, the frozen levels at 9:40, and a fresh set only if price decisively breaks the day’s outer structure. Each stage replaces the one before it, so you always paste the latest. Levels that drift every five minutes are not something you can plan around.
Can I see historical accuracy?
Every paid tier includes a backtest replay that steps through past sessions panel-by-panel. Replay covers the index complex, mainly SPY / ES / MES and QQQ / NQ / MNQ, rather than every ticker your plan can open. Both the ticker coverage and the depth of history grow as data collection continues; we would rather tell you where it stands than have you discover the gaps yourself. Within that: the same terminal panels rewound to any historical timestamp, so you can see how structure and signals were labelled at any past moment. It’s a replay tool, not an aggregate hit-rate dashboard. Any historical/backtest observations have inherent limitations and are not promises of future performance. See the risk disclaimer.
Do you show raw bid/ask or per-strike volume?
No. Those are stripped server-side before anything reaches your browser: bid, ask, bid and ask sizes, per-strike volume, and last-trade price. What you do see is either computed or licence-exempt: open interest (end-of-day positions from the OCC, updated once daily), per-contract Greeks (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega), implied volatility, plus everything modelled on top of them, from structure levels and GEX profiles to the three indices and the setups themselves. The two stripped fields that carry real analytical value come back as classifications instead of numbers: contract activity is banded Quiet through Extreme against its own recent baseline, and quote width reads Tight, Normal or Wide. You lose the digit and keep the read. The line is a licensing one, not a technical one: redistributing live exchange quotes requires a market-data licence, and that cost would land in your subscription price.
Trust & compliance
Do you give investment advice?
No. QuantriumFlow is a tools-and-education company. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Nothing on the site or in the product is investment advice. See the full risk disclaimer.
Will you sell my data?
No. Ever. We don’t run ads, don’t set tracking cookies, and don’t share your trading activity with third parties. See the privacy policy for the full list of providers we use to operate the service.
Where is my payment data stored?
With Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We retain only the Stripe customer ID, your subscription tier, and billing-period metadata.
Who is behind QuantriumFlow?
A solo founder/operator, a software engineer with 20+ years building production systems (payment gateways, subscription billing, order management, retail point-of-sale, all audited under PCI and SOX). QuantriumFlow is the first scalable product built using AI-assisted development end-to-end. See about for the full story.
Support
How do I sign in? Do I need a Discord account?
No. You don’t need Discord. Three sign-in options: email + password, Google, or Discord. Pick whichever fits how you usually sign in. Your subscription is tied to your email; the provider you choose is just the way you authenticate.
What if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot?” on the sign-in page, enter your email, and we’ll send a reset link. The link expires in 15 minutes for security. If you signed in originally with Google or Discord, you don’t have a password; just use the same provider button to sign back in.
Can I switch sign-in methods later?
Yes. As long as the provider returns the same email, you’ll be recognised. We’re also adding the ability to add a password to a Google/Discord account from the dashboard so you can switch freely.
How do I reach you if something breaks?
Email support@quantriumflow.com or message the founder in Discord. We aim to respond within one business day.
How do I learn what a panel is telling me?
Every panel has a ? in its header that opens that panel’s guide: a picture of the panel, what it shows, how to read each element, and a Tips section for the things that only become obvious after a few weeks. The ? in the top bar opens the whole Help Center: 42 guides across 7 categories, with keyword search over titles, body text and a synonym list kept per article. Guides state where their numbers come from, including the 15-minute options delay. Included on every plan and during the trial; documentation is not an upsell.
Do you offer 1-on-1 onboarding?
Yes. Every paid tier includes a 1-on-1 walkthrough on Discord. We’d rather have one trader who actually understands the workflow than a hundred who never log in twice. The walkthrough covers how the terminal and its panels work. We do not discuss your positions, your account or what you should trade.
