Referral Program Terms
How referral credit is earned, when it is reversed, and what you have to say when you share your link.
Last updated September 5, 2026
The short version
- Refer someone, and when they pay for their first month you get 25% of it as account credit.
- Credit is applied to your next invoice. It is not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
- If you share your link publicly, you must say you may receive a credit.
- Credit is reversed if the referred subscription is refunded or found to be fraudulent.
Who can take part
The program is open to members with an active paid subscription. Trial accounts can share a link, but credit is only applied to an account that is on a paid plan when the referred member pays.
What earns credit
Credit is earned when a person who signed up through your referral link pays for their first month of a paid plan. A sign-up alone earns nothing, and neither does a trial that never converts. The amount is 25% of that first month’s subscription fee, excluding tax.
Credit is applied to your next invoice. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, does not expire while your subscription is active, and is forfeited if your account is closed.
When credit is reversed
- The referred subscription is refunded, including under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
- The referred payment is charged back or otherwise reversed.
- We determine the referral was self-referred, automated, or otherwise not a genuine new customer.
A reversal removes the credit from your account. If it has already been applied to an invoice, the amount is added to your next one.
What is not allowed
- Self-referral. Referring yourself, or an account you control, under any email address.
- Paid placement. Buying search or social advertising against our name, our indicator names, or terms a person would use to find us.
- Bulk or automated sharing. Unsolicited email, comment spam, or posting the link where it is off-topic.
- Performance or income claims. You must not say or imply that QuantriumFlow produces trading profits, a win rate, a return, or any particular outcome — whether about your own results or anyone else’s. We do not publish such figures and you must not invent them on our behalf.
- Speaking for us. Presenting yourself as an employee, agent or spokesperson for QuantriumFlow LLC.
Disclosure — this one is not optional
If you share your referral link publicly — social media, Discord, YouTube, a newsletter, a forum, anywhere — you must state that you may receive a credit if someone subscribes through it. A short, plain line works: “Referral link — I get account credit if you subscribe.” It must be in the post itself, not behind a “more” link, not only in a profile bio, and not in a hashtag pile.
This is a legal requirement under the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides, not a house style. Sharing privately — a message to a friend who already knows you use the product — does not need a disclosure.
We may ask you to add a disclosure, or remove a post, and we may withdraw your participation if you do not.
Changes and ending the program
We may change or end this program at any time, and we may end an individual’s participation. Credit already earned and not subject to reversal will still be applied. We will not apply a change retroactively to reduce credit you have already earned.
Taxes
Any tax arising from credit you receive is your responsibility. We do not withhold or report on your behalf.
How this fits with the rest
These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Risk Disclaimer. Where they conflict on a referral matter, these terms apply.
Note that if you sign up through someone’s referral link, that member sees a masked version of your email address and your sign-up date. This is described in the Privacy Policy.
